Welcome to another Manic Monday!
This week will actually be a normal 5 day work week for us. That will be a bit different for us, after so many short weeks this summer. I think though that we will have to make good use of one of the few weeks left before everything starts in mid September with teaching RCIA and at a Home-school Co-op.
Menu for the Week:
Monday: Bratwursts on the Grill
Tuesday: Spaghetti alla Carbonara
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers
Thursday: Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs
Friday: Tuna Melts
